Wow.. they booked Part 2 the following night weeks ago. What on Earth would make them delay this long to announce this program to stations, viewers and clients?
I have no freakin' idea. Having been up till 1:30am this morning updating NBC's last batch of moves, I'm unable to find any reason behind 30 Rock's actions.
