Finally, I see NBC is telling stations there will be ONE six hour long pre-game show, with one title.
Event : NBC SPORTS: SUPER BOWL PRE GAME SHOW (LIVE ACROSS: 12pm-6pm ET);
No network in the past 8 years has submitted one PAV block to Nielsen for its pre-game programs, including NBC. Why they've chosen to tell stations to market this as one TP block is unknown to me. Again, I'll bet real money the Feb 15 book does not show one NBC submitted PAV title for this six hour time period block, but instead, several shows of two hours or less each.
My clients have their choice of this block or specific program average blocks taken from multi-year PAVs.
In 2012, NBC used ELEVEN different PAVs for this six hour block.
