Golden Globes have been running out of sweeps for diary markets for a long time, so this number is tough to prove or disprove. Most RD's use a watered-down PAV from Academy Awards as the basis for this audience composition.
Don't forget NBC will announce the annual Red Carpet Show before the Globes, eventually. Of course, my clients already have both in inventories and estimates.
