Diaries Get Reprieve; Nielsen Defers to Clients

Hate to say I told you so, but Nielsen has a decade-long history of making big plans and announcements and then never actually rolling out the service.  Remember mailable meters?

So, for another year at least, local Nielsen clients can be assured their local programs will have demographics based on their own station's audience.   Was that so hard, Nielsen?
