By the way.. ODI offices will be closed from Christmas Eve at Noon (Central Time) until Monday morning the 28th, then again on New Year's Eve at Noon (Central Time) until Monday, January 4th.
Your RDRx service, however, is always on call. This is the first year in a decade that all of my clients' data has been delivered before Christmas Eve.
