News departments hoping to get a great lead-in to a Feb Sweeps late newscast now will lose this in the average most data users seem to select. Good RD's can add such an "L" newscast into a multi-PAV average, a feature I've found very valuable in my VSWAGs.
Having updated my clients, I see the Encore airing of this special is scheduled for Friday, the 20th. I'm going to guess they will extend that to 11:30pm as well, thus taking one day out of the 20 days of M-F late night numbers used in the PAVs.
