As I work with these schedules and audience estimates, it seems NBC has made an increase in their investment in Global RallyCross. All of the changes above are designed to place what is essentially untested paid programming on a network scale in time periods JUST before major sporting events, the Hall of Fame Game on August 3rd and just before the Steelers@Panthers (both markets are very truck-friendly and highly likely to be watching this game) on September 21st.
No matter why the folks at 30 Rock are treating this client this way, Global Rallycross doesn't have a reliable diary PAV story, so my SWAG numbers are weak sauce..
