My perspective:  Please review the actual November 2013 PAV demos for the Barclay's Premiere League to get an idea of what this exact schedule delivered last year, as it ran three times in November Sweeps.   Also, the MLS playoffs aired in November Sweeps, so you'll be able to use last year's PAV. 

In the markets I've seen since December, NBC stations have not delivered the demos delivered by other networks' previous soccer coverage.  Perhaps this has to do with the level, location or teams selected.

This is running against college football during September through November.  If there are a lot more "football fans" than "soccer moms" in your market, please take this into consideration.  On the other hand, I've not seen diary-based demos for these events from heavily Hispanic markets where "soccer" is much more popular than American football, so your DMA's demo mileage may vary.
