May Primetime Changes

Sent Fri 4/2/2010 4:47 PM

NBC picked up additional episodes of MINUTE TO WIN IT which is performing solidly on Sundays. New episodes will air on Sundays, May 9th and 23rd from 8-9PM ET/PT. DATELINE will be reduced to an hour on those dates.

TRAUMA will now have its season finale on 4/26 and is being replaced in the Monday 9PM ET/PT time period on 5/3 & 5/10 by repeats of LAW & ORDER leading into original L&O episodes.

The following will be booked:

Monday, May 3rd and 10th
9:00-10:00 LAW & ORDER (Repeats)

Sunday, May 9th and May 23rd
7:00-8:00 DATELINE NBC (Original)
8:00-9:00 MINUTE TO WIN IT (Original)

Premier RDRx clients will have this in inventory when they come in Monday morning.

Saturday Morning PS: During a time those of us with jobs and health insurance should be very grateful, let me make clear I think those in NBC Affiliate Relations on both East and West Coast do an absolutely FANTASTIC job, given the chaos NBC network prime and sports programming executives create with their treatment of schedules AND the logistical nightmare that is GE.

When I bitch about late notice, I'm feeling the pain of the 200+ NBC stations who have to jump the moment the suits @ 30 Rock move yet another program. Sadly, most small market NBC stations have simply given up trying to stay current with the endless stream of specials and sports changes.

But it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness. And while right now I can only help my RDRx clients... that may change.
